Swarm Group is working with Harford Attachments in their search for two General Welder Apprentices. This an exciting chance to become highly skilled in welding and engineering whilst working within a successful team. A Level 2 General Welder Apprenticeship will be provided by Swarm Reagit alongside this position.

Responsibilities and Duties
Working Week
Working hours will be from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Future Progression
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be a full-time position available for the right person, with career progression and further industry-specific training opportunities.

Training Information
Training will be with us – Swarm Reagit, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 2 General Welder Qualification, this apprenticeship will take 12-18 months to complete with assessments.
All apprentices taking part in the level 2 General Welder Standard will spend 6 weeks at the Swarm REAGIT centre in Norwich. During these 20 days of intensive training, the apprentice will develop basic skills in:
