The Role:

• Read and interpret schematics to assemble control panels.
• Mount and wire electrical components according to design specifications.
• Test panels for proper operation and troubleshoot any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform stringent quality checks to ensure the functionality of all electrical panels.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Occasionally attend customer sites to carry out termination of control panels and assist in the commissioning of completed mobile machinery.

The Person:

• Experience in control panel assembly, wiring, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and systems.
• The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with generator and power control systems (a plus).
• Relevant certification or qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
