Earthworks Plant Operator (ADT Operator)

We are looking for a skilled ADT Operator to join our earthworks teams on a busy project in Sittingbourne. You will operate articulated dump trucks safely and efficiently to support cut and fill, bulk excavation and site formation activities.

• Operating articulated dump trucks safely across site in all ground conditions
• Transporting bulk excavation and fill materials to and from designated locations
• Working as part of an earthworks team to support cut and fill operations
• Carrying out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks
• Communicating service requirements to site management in good time
• Maintaining plant to a high standard and reporting any defects immediately

• CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Dump Truck – Articulated / All / Rear Dump Truck*
• Safety Critical Medical (site specific)
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades
• Right to work in the UK

• CPCS / NPORS* Excavator +/- 10t Tracked
• CPCS Lifting Ops / NPORS* Excavator as Crane
• CPCS / NPORS* Forward Tipping Dumper
• CPCS / NPORS* Ride-On Roller
• CPCS / NPORS* Telehandler
• GPS machine control experience

* Please note: to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram. If you do not currently meet this requirement, please still get in touch – we are happy to guide you through the transfer process.
