Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on-site to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and junior staff.
• Review job progress and report to project managers regularly.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
• Assist with training and development of electrical team members.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to guarantee project specifications are met.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.
• Valid driving license.
