Job Title: Electrician
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Location: Various commercial and domestic sites across Surrey

Overview

We are seeking a qualified Electrician with proven experience across both commercial and domestic environments. The successful candidate will carry out installation, maintenance, testing and inspection duties, including EICR reporting. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance on commercial and domestic properties

• Conduct EICR testing and produce accurate reports

• Fault finding and remedial works in line with industry standards

• Work from electrical drawings and schematics

• Ensure all works comply with current regulations and company standards

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism on site

• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Proven experience in commercial and domestic electrical works

• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

Desirable

• City and Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Testing and Inspection

• AM2 qualification
