Electrician

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Flintshire to assist with the appointment of an Electrician, on a 6.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £19.00 - £25.04 per hour

Summary:

An opportunity is available for a qualified Electrician to deliver high-quality electrical work across tenanted and void properties within a social housing environment. The role involves fault finding, testing, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in domestic properties
• Diagnose faults and complete testing and inspection work
• Repair and maintain various central heating systems
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards
• Work across tenanted and void properties

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds Electrical Qualification

Essential Requirements:

• Time-served, fully qualified Electrician
• Experience working within social housing
• Strong testing, inspection, and fault-finding skills
• Ability to trace and rectify faults in domestic properties
• Experience with repairs to various central heating systems
