Salary up to £42,020.69 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring void properties are electrically safe, compliant, and ready for new residents. The role focuses primarily on electrical works within empty homes, including EICR testing, repairs, upgrades, and preparing properties for re‑let. You’ll also support with essential repair works where required, helping ensure each property meets the highest standards before occupation.
With a strong pipeline of void refurbishments and continued growth in the area, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team making a real impact in the community. To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
