The Role

As a Mate, you will support our site teams across a variety of commercial and industrial projects throughout the UK.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with installations and site activities
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site
• Preparing work areas and maintaining a safe, organised working environment
• Using hand and power tools under supervision
• Assisting with lifting, positioning, and installation of equipment and materials
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting project teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Take pride in doing a job properly
• Are comfortable working away from home when required
• Hold a valid CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
• Have a full UK driving licence (advantageous)
• NVQ Level 1 or 2

Previous site experience is beneficial but not essential. We are more interested in attitude, commitment, and willingness to learn.
