💰 Salary: £35,064 (can rise to £38,885 with training & progression)

This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll be working on electric, gas, and diesel forklifts, making sure they’re running smoothly and ready for action. If you’ve got mechanical skills, we’ve got the training to help you take your career to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect, service & repair forklifts, keeping them in top condition.
- Diagnose faults – from mechanical to hydraulic and electrical issues.
- Install new parts & components like batteries, masts, and hydraulics.
- Maintain & refurbish equipment, ensuring everything meets safety standards.
- Keep the paperwork simple – basic documentation and reporting.
🏗 Who We’re Looking For
✔ Hands-on experience in mechanics – forklifts are great, but we’re happy to train!
✔ Backgrounds welcome – automotive, agricultural, HGV, PSV, LGV, plant machinery, or REME.
✔ Solid mechanical & electrical skills, with strong troubleshooting ability.
✔ A practical, hardworking mindset – someone who enjoys fixing things.
✔ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
