JOB - Fabricator/Welder
LOCATION - Buntingford
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £16-£20 per hour (Depending On Experience)

My client is a leading automotive engineering company based in Buntingford. They are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join their team and contribute to the production of high-quality automotive components and assemblies.

The Fabricator/Welder will ideally have the following attributes:
• Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding techniques, with at least 3 years experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong fabrication skills with a focus on precision and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The Fabricator/Welder role will involve:
• Fabricating and welding automotive components and assemblies to high standards.
• Working from detailed engineering drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe, clean working environment.
• Meeting quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all welding and fabrication tasks.
