This is a hybrid role based in Bridgwater, requiring four days per week on site, with consideration for candidates able to commute or relocate with support available.
The role connects E2E HVAC Engineering with site installation and front office technical teams. It ensures effective management and resolution of site field change and non-conformance processes as well asΒ provides proactive technical support to maintain construction momentum and quality compliance.
π¬οΈAct as HVAC interface between design, construction and front office teams
πReview FCR and NCR documentation for clarity and completeness
πAssess remediation proposals and validate preferred technical options
πPropose delegation levels for field changes and non-conformances
πAnalyse FCR and NCR trends and recommend mitigations
π οΈPerform surveillance on execution designer documentation for site
π¨Identify and report installation and documentation non-conformances
πCoordinate information flow between JDO and construction contractor
βοΈSupport construction managers with technical KPI development
π§©Provide technical expertise to close open points and queries

Nuclear experience is not essential, but is of course welcome. If you have worked within a highly regulated environment, your skills and approach are highly transferable and of strong interest to us.
We also recognise that the perfect candidate rarely exists. If you feel you meet around 80% of the criteria and are motivated to develop further, we would strongly encourage you to apply
