Job Description

πŸš€ This role requires candidates to be within commuting distance of Bridgwater or open to relocation, with support available.
You will act as the key HVAC interface between engineering, construction teams, and front office stakeholders.
You will ensure efficient resolution of technical queries and support delivery through installation to commissioning.
You will work within your future team to maintain alignment across disciplines and site activities.

πŸ“„Review FCR and NCR submissions ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy
πŸ› οΈAssess remediation strategies ensuring solutions are practical and achievable
πŸ“ŠAnalyse trends in FCR and NCR to identify recurring issues
🀝Coordinate communication between construction teams and front office stakeholders
πŸ”Perform surveillance on HVAC documentation and technical analysis outputs
⚠️Identify and report design and installation non-conformances through quality processes
πŸ“ˆSupport KPI development to track FCR and NCR throughput performance
πŸ”„Ensure alignment with standard field solutions and existing issue resolutions
πŸ’¬Provide proactive technical support to unblock construction and maintain progress

Qualifications

πŸŽ“Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
πŸ—οΈMinimum five years’ experience within regulated or nuclear environments
🌑️Proven experience with HVAC systems in multidisciplinary projects
🧠Strong attention to detail with rigorous engineering standards
⏱️Proven ability to deliver safely to quality, time, and cost
πŸ‘₯Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
πŸ”„Ability to work autonomously while recognising own limitations
πŸ“œKnowledge of contractual and commercial frameworks
πŸ“˜Understanding of CDM Regulations and safety compliance
