Mechanical Supervisor – Temporary Contract (Up to 12 Months)

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor in Shepherd's Bush to join our busy team on a temporary contract for up to 12 months.

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day mechanical installation works on site
• Manage mechanical operatives, subcontractors, and labour teams
• Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to required standards
• Monitor progress against programme deadlines and report updates
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
• Liaise with site management, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow
• Ensure materials, tools, and plant are available when required
• Enforce health & safety procedures and site regulations
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within construction, M&E, or building services
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including pipework, HVAC, plant rooms, and installations
• SSSTS / SMSTS needed
• CSCS Card required
• Good communication and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical information

• Temporary position for up to 12 months
• Start date 4th May 2026
