Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established engineering company in Brownhills who are looking to bring in an experienced MIG/TIG Welder. This is a hands-on role within a friendly, skilled team, offering steady work with the chance to move into a permanent position.
What you’ll be doing - Carrying out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Working from drawings and job specifications
- Checking your own work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintaining welding equipment and keeping your workspace tidy
- Supporting the wider team to keep projects running smoothly
- Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Own PPE including weld mask, safety boots and flame-retardant clothing
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a practical mindset
- Reliable with clear communication skills
- Competitive hourly rate starting at £13+
- Weekly pay
- Overtime opportunities where available
- Early finish every Friday
- Potential for a permanent role
This role would suit candidates based around Brownhills, Walsall, Cannock, or Lichfield. You might also be working as a Fabricator Welder, TIG Welder, MIG Welder, or Sheet Metal Worker.
