Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established manufacturer in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking to add experienced MIG Welders to their night shift team. This is a hands-on role producing high-quality vehicle trailers and bodywork, with a clear temp-to-perm pathway for the right people. If you're after steady night work, good rates, and a place where your skills are valued, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- MIG welding vehicle trailers and body components
- Working from technical and engineering drawings
- Producing strong, clean welds to required standards
- Carrying out basic quality checks on your own work
- Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and organised
- Supporting production targets as part of a team
- Proven MIG welding experience
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts (Mon-Thurs)
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings
- Willing to complete a drugs & alcohol test before starting
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-focused
