MIG Welders – Night Shift | Stoke-on-Trent
Up to £17.27 per hour | Temp-to-Perm | Monday–Thursday Nights (18:00–06:00)
Hunters 4 Staff are working with a well-established manufacturer in Stoke-on-Trent who are looking for experienced MIG Welders to join their night shift team. This is steady, ongoing work with a clear route to a permanent position for the right people.

The role
You’ll be welding trailer and vehicle body components, working from drawings and producing clean, consistent welds. It’s a hands-on role where your skill and attention to detail really matter.

What you’ll be doing
  • MIG welding trailers and bodywork to a high standard
  • Working from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Carrying out basic quality checks on your own work
  • Keeping your work area safe, clean and organised
  • Supporting production targets as part of a team
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience with MIG welding
  • Able to read and work from technical drawings
  • Comfortable working permanent night shifts
  • Reliable, safety-conscious and team-oriented
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment drugs & alcohol test
