MIG Welders 4 on 4 off Nights

MIG Welders - Night Shift (4 on / 4 off) - Rocester
Pay Rate: £28.43 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 4 × 12‑hour shifts (7pm-7am)
 
We are currently recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join our clients team in Rocester on a 4 on / 4 off night shift rotation. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding to high standards in a production/manufacturing environment
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a skilled welding team

Requirements

• Proven MIG welding experience
• Ability to confidently read engineering drawings
• Must be comfortable to attend a pre‑employment medical, including drugs and alcohol testing
• Reliability and commitment to working a night shift pattern

Training
Initial training will be completed on basic days or nights prior to moving onto the full night‑shift rotation.
