Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local Housing Association, are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Painter & Decorator to join their team and play a crucial role in their maintenance operations.  

Position: Multiskilled Painter & Decorator
Salary: £41,964 per annum 
Contract: Permanent 
Working Pattern: 4 Weekdays (11:30am-8pm) & Sat (8:30am-4pm)

Job Purpose:

• You’ll support the Repairs Team to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services across properties, focusing on excellent customer service and a "Right First Time" approach. You'll carry out a wide range of repair, maintenance, refurbishment and renewal works to tenanted and void homes, travelling directly to jobs using a company vehicle.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Competence in painting and decorating (core trade), plus plumbing, plastering, joinery and tiling.
