Join Our Team as an Operations Support Operator

Are you a safety-focused, hands-on individual with experience in manufacturing operations? We're looking for an Operations Support Operator to play a key role in the safe and efficient loading, packing, and support of our production processes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team where safety, quality, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As an Operations Support Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of process equipment to load and pack finished products while providing essential production support services. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, housekeeping, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all Site Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the work area.
• Operate process equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and pack finished products in line with production plans.
• Carry out high-pressure water jetting activities as required.
• Provide production support services to ensure smooth site operations.
• Complete production records, documentation, and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Basic communication and numeracy skills.
• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence.
• Working knowledge of high-pressure jetting operations.
• Understanding of Process Safety principles.
• Commitment to working safely and following operational procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, chemical, process, or production environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to support a variety of operational activities.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to changing production requirements.
