Painter and Decorator – Ultra Luxury Residential

Job Description

We are delighted to continue assisting a deluxe residential property located in the heart of London. They are looking for a highly experienced Painter and Decorator to help maintain their stunning array of 200+ exclusive residences to impeccable, 5 star standards.

You must have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Painter and Decorator…

• £37,000 per annum plus £2,500 service charge
• Share of Resident Gratuity Fund
• Working predominantly Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Occasional night and weekend work (2 to 4 times a year)

Responsibilities as the Painter and Decorator…

• Completing a variety of painting and decorating projects
• Carrying out basic DIY tasks
• Maintaining the residence’s high standards of excellence
• Working efficiently to complete all projects in a timely manner
