Fabricator / Welder – Excellent Pay & 4-Day Shift or 4- Night Shift – Career Advancement Opportunities

Competitive PAYE Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: £17.37 per hour (Equivalent to £36,130 annual salary)
• Overtime: Up to £34.74 per hour with high overtime availability

4-Day Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:45 pm
• Pay rate £17.37ph

4-Night Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday, 7:00 pm - 4.45 am
• Pay rate £23.15ph

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricating structural steel items in various grades and thicknesses
• Performing MIG/MAG welding, including downhand, fillet, and butt welds
• Working from detailed engineering drawings for precision and quality
• Experience with flux core welding is a plus, but training will be provided

Requirements:

• Experience: Time-served or apprentice-trained Plater/Welder in structural or heavy steel environments
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabricate to high standards
• Attributes: Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
