Experienced Project Manager – Joinery Industry

Broadreach Recruitment is seeking a talented Project Manager to join one of our prestigious clients – a leader in high-quality joinery and furniture manufacturing with strong ties to the Superyacht & UHNW interior industry. If you're an experienced professional with a joinery background, this is your chance to work on large-scale, complex projects with contract values up to £10m. 

 What You’ll Do: 

• Manage projects from order to completion – planning, design, manufacture, and installation 
• Ensure quality, budget, and deadlines are met 
• Work on bespoke, high-end furniture and architectural joinery installations 
• Lead a team including a Design Engineer and several Drafters
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across all levels 

 What We’re Looking For: 

• Experienced in joinery and site installations 
• Strong project management and commercial awareness 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
• Microsoft Office proficiency for project management 
• Team player with leadership qualities
