Reach Operator/Warehouse storeperson

Our client, a well-established FMCG company located in Christchurch's city center, is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join their busy warehouse team.
 
This is a hands-on role that offers variety throughout the day, combining forklift operation with general warehousing responsibilities.
 
WHAT'S ON OFFER?

• Monday to Friday work
• Hours between 7:30am - 4:30pm
• $27.00 per hour starting rate 
• Central Christchurch location
• Immediate start available
• Stable, ongoing work with a reputable company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reach truck forklift operation, potentially some counterbalance. 
• RF scanning and inventory management
• Devanning containers
• Pallet stacking and wrapping
• General warehouse duties
• Completing warehouse paperwork and documentation
• Assisting the team where required

ABOUT YOU
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current OSH Forklift Certificate
• Proven reach truck operating experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
