About the Real Estate Practice

The Odgers Berndtson Real Estate practice, led by Hugo Healing, has built a market-leading reputation for executing complex and high-profile appointments across the Real Estate industry in the UK and further afield, in partnership with trusted international colleagues. We are known for our integrity, and the quality and creativity of our work.

We advise across the life cycle of a built asset from investment, development and asset management to consulting, advisory, and broader support services. We work with listed and private property companies, investment managers, family businesses, occupiers, consultants, private equity, and private estates. We also support occupiers in appointing Real Estate functional leaders to run complex estates and portfolios in both the private and public sectors.

Our broad coverage across the industry gives us the ability to make unexpected connections, delivering measurable impact in the areas of diversity and sustainable leadership. We know and find leaders who think differently, challenge industry norms and understand the rapid changes underway in the sector. We are proud of the long-term partnerships we have developed with some of the most exciting organisations in the sector.

Hybrid Working

Our Hybrid working policy is based on the principles of empowerment, mutual trust and flexibility, recognising that we work best when we make choices about when, where and how we work.  At the same time, we are reminded that time together is so important.  We are a client-service business in which our relationships and our culture provide a significant advantage. Our offices remain critical to how we work; they are a place for collaboration, learning, and support and an anchor for the culture of which we are so proud.
