GA Telesis is seeking a high-energy self-motivated Sales Manager to join our highly successful sales team, this position is based in Leatherhead, UK. The position is focused on growing accounts based in a defined territory by enabling the sale of engine parts, airframe parts, repairs & assets. To assist in the growth expansion of all company divisions, the ideal candidate must be analytical, and sales are driven.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Understand customer requirements and be able to provide appropriate solutions
Identify growth opportunities, and targets to develop a strategy for winning the business
Manage weekly operational rhythms and inside support as required
Use well-planned negotiation and concession strategies to win business
Identify new business opportunities based on market intelligence
Review solicited and unsolicited bid packages in conjunction with management.
Review proposal and pricing and lead contract negotiation teams to ensure profitable revenue streams for new and existing customers
Assist inside account manager with resolving customer issues and building relationships
Navigate sales business completely through SalesForce.com
Participate in industry events (i.e. trade shows, conferences, networking events, etc.) to build and maintain a corporate and individual presence
