JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is
seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager (HVAC) to lead their sales
efforts, focusing on selling installation and service/maintenance contracts in
the HVAC sector.
KEY
RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Sales Strategy
Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve
company sales targets for HVAC installation and service/maintenance contracts.
Business
Development: Identify and target new business opportunities within commercial,
industrial, and residential sectors for HVAC services.
Client
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key
clients and stakeholders, providing high-level support and guidance.
Market
Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business
opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure
seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Contract
Negotiation: Lead negotiations for installation and service/maintenance
contracts, ensuring profitability and long-term client retention.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic
plans to senior management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the HVAC industry, specifically
in selling installation and service/maintenance contracts.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and solutions.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a
team.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
Valid driverβs license and willingness to travel as needed.
