💰 Pay: £27,518.40 per annum
📅 Hours: 42 hours per week: 4 days on, 4 days off & 4 nights on, 4 nights off

As a SOC Operator, you will deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making a real impact every single day, despatching emergency and security services to commercial and domestic premises, undertaking static officer welfare checks. Monitoring of CCTV for high-end clients, including lone worker protection and gas monitoring🛡️

We combine best in class training, delivered by our Training Academy, tailored to meet the specific needs of this key Operations role.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Respond appropriately to varying and fast challenging priorities 
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential situations 
• Answer all calls promptly with a high level of customer service giving assistance to internal and external customers, including liaising with third parties and contractors as required
• Manage mobile alarm callouts and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Prioritise alarms, especially life-threatening ones like Lone Worker or Fire Alarms, with absolute focus 
• Monitor CCTV and respond to all customer requests relating to their alarm system, escalating issues accordingly
