Supply Chain Operator

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times, to provide an environment to achieve zero accidents.
• Adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.  Safe systems of work, PPE, near miss reporting.
• Adherence to quality procedures.
• Member of a cross-functional team and rotate tasks to maintain skills and strengthen team.
• Trained to driver B1 and B2 counterbalance trucks with various attachments which may include 4-way pallet handler and jumbo reel clamps.
• Responsible for the efficient and safe handling of goods within the warehouse.
• Trained on all aspects of supply chain – Finished Goods, Jumbo Reels and Raw Materials.
• Receiving, storing, checking goods, distributing items and shipping goods.  As well as maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean workspace.

• Scanning all stock to maintain stock accuracy and integrity in the warehouse. JDE is operated as per training.  To ensure accurate stock levels are maintained for cost purposes, to ensure customer orders can be delivered OTIF and the production plan can be met.  Control stock movements during any JDE outages.

• Effective communication from shift-to-shift.

• Carry out further training when requested.  This could be physical training or online training.

• Willing to take on new training and train/coach other operators.
