Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out diagnostics, repairs and checks on various vehicles whilst providing the best customer experience possible.
- Dealing with a variety of issues, fixing all kinds of problems, and meeting different people every day.
- Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation to the required standard.
- Remain up to date with the latest vehicle technology and changes by attending Company training programmes.
Skills & Experience:
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum requirement
- Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience (desirable)
- A customer-focused approach
