• Inspect completed welds for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools, reporting any defects or malfunctions promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of welding activities, materials used, and work completed.

• Proven experience as a welder in industrial or construction settings.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and standards.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant welding certifications or qualifications are preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site, sometimes in challenging environments.
