Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a secure, permanent position with a well-established industry leader? I am recruiting skilled welders to join our client’s expanding team on a set day shift pattern. This is a direct, permanent opportunity with excellent pay, high overtime potential, and great benefits.

Shift Pattern:

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6am – 4:30pm
• Pay Rate: £17.37 per hour (PAYE) Annual Salary: £36129 (Basic)
• Overtime: Available up to £34.74 per hour, providing significant earning potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding structural steel components
• Performing MIG/MAG downhand, fillet, and butt welds
• Welding to coded standards
• Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings

What We’re Looking For:

I'd love to hear from you if you’re:

• Time-served or apprentice-trained in welding
• Experienced in structural, or heavy steel environment
• Skilled in welding to a coded standard in MIG 
• Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
