Working in our brand new, state-of-the-art security centre, you will monitor various types of alarms, including Intruder, Panic, Fire and CCTV and respond to routine or reactive responses by following procedures and using initiative.
Shifts - 24/7 operation. Shifts of 12 hours - 4 days on, 4 days off.

Key responsibilities will be:
* Monitor all systems within the control room in an efficient manner, ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and the codes of practice.
* Liaise with Police, other agencies and designated employees to coordinate the appropriate emergency response by risk assessment and adherence to company procedures.
* Provide routine system support to all clients i.e. system testing, administering alarm configurations
* Participate in departmental administrative duties when needed
* Report all events and actions taken in a clear, legible and accurate written format.
* Provide efficient and courteous telephone answering service and deal efficiently with all enquiries
* Ensure smooth handovers between operators
Applicants should have customer Service, call centre or administration experience plus be computer literature.
A Security Clearance check will be required.
