Factory Process Operator

We are recruiting for a Process Operative to a global engineering company in Yeovil, Somerset.

Hours:

37 hours per week.

Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 5pm & Friday 7.00am - 12.00pm

Job Summary: To prepare customer products, this includes masking preparation and jigging activities. 

This role will include:

• Processing Components/ Parts through the Treatment Lines
• Jigging
• Understanding Aerospace and Defence drawings
• Operator Inspection
• Adhering to specifications and work instructions

Skills and experience required:

• Competent in handling Aerospace and Defence Components
• Surface coating experience - Anodise/ Plating
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced manufacturing business environment.
• Reliable and responsible
• Methodical and able to work off own initiative towards set targets or goals.
• Excellent team worker
