Air Conditioning Sales Executive – London/Kent Area
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established HVAC company seeking a Sales Executive with strong air conditioning and ventilation experience. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with technical knowledge and a passion for customer engagement and business development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys for new project enquiries
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations
- Manage all client communications professionally via phone and email
- Follow up on quotations to secure new business
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding lead times, pricing, and specifications
- Keep detailed records of enquiries, quotes, and conversions
- Develop and nurture client relationships (new and existing)
- Stay informed on the latest HVAC products and solutions
Requirements
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- At least 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry
- Strong sales and quoting abilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident with CRM systems and basic marketing tools
- Self-driven, well-presented, and client-focused
Package & Benefits
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic (depending on experience and pipeline)
- Commission: Up to £90,000 OTE
- Location: Office-based and mobile within the London/Kent area
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexibility may be required)
