Air Conditioning Sales Executive – London/Kent Area

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established HVAC company seeking a Sales Executive with strong air conditioning and ventilation experience. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with technical knowledge and a passion for customer engagement and business development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys for new project enquiries
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations
  • Manage all client communications professionally via phone and email
  • Follow up on quotations to secure new business
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding lead times, pricing, and specifications
  • Keep detailed records of enquiries, quotes, and conversions
  • Develop and nurture client relationships (new and existing)
  • Stay informed on the latest HVAC products and solutions

Requirements

  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • At least 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry
  • Strong sales and quoting abilities
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confident with CRM systems and basic marketing tools
  • Self-driven, well-presented, and client-focused

Package & Benefits

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic (depending on experience and pipeline)
  • Commission: Up to £90,000 OTE
  • Location: Office-based and mobile within the London/Kent area
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexibility may be required)
