The Role

As a Joinery Estimator, you will be the bridge between a client’s dream and the workshop floor. You won't just be filling out spreadsheets; you’ll be deconstructing technical drawings and collaborating with design and production teams to ensure every tender is as buildable as it is profitable.

Key Impact Areas:

• Technical Analysis: Translating intricate drawings and specifications into comprehensive cost models (materials, labour, and installation).

• Strategic Sourcing: Liaising with a high-quality supply chain to ensure the best materials for the best value.

• Value Engineering: Using your manufacturing knowledge to suggest smarter ways to build without compromising on design.

• Risk Management: Identifying the "hidden" challenges in a project before they hit the production line

You have a deep understanding of joinery manufacturing, cabinetry, or high-spec fit-out packages. You’re an Excel power-user who can navigate technical specs and tender documentation with ease. You can talk shop with the production team and strategy with the project managers.
