We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Electrician

 Role:

• You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance works.
• Role will include all elements of electrical ppm and reactive maintenance works, installation, alterations etc as well as some general building maintenance repairs
• You will be working static at a commercial depot.

Person:

• You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 2 or 3 or equivalent, 17th or 18th edition
• You will have electrical maintenance experience on commercial sites and ideally some general building maintenance/fabric experience - ppm and reactive repairs
• You will live locally
• You must have a full uk driving licence
• Good IT skills

Package:

• Base salary £38,135 inclusive of callout fee
• Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
• Callout 1 in 3
