Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 + Bonus + 16 %Pension Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance teams, ensuring asset integrity, availability, and reliability.
• Drive maintenance improvements, aligning with operational goals and contract KPIs.
• Oversee planned/unplanned maintenance, plant outages, and projects, ensuring CMMS compliance.
• Implement and maintain effective preventative maintenance routines to manage risks.
• Develop and maintain clear planning processes for maintenance, outages, and projects.
• Monitor machinery performance, proactively addressing potential failures.
• Improve plant reliability through structured improvement processes and upgrades.

What You Need

HNC in Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience in engineering management within a multi-disciplined team.

Strong knowledge of mechanical methods, materials, and equipment, including turbo expanders, rotating plant, and marine diesel engines.

Passion for leading teams, problem-solving, and driving maintenance excellence.
