Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands‑on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Swansea, with most of your work covering the Haverfordwest to Bridgend area — keeping your days varied and on the move.

We offer a healthy work–life balance with Monday to Friday working, plus the option of compressed hours on a 9‑day fortnight, giving you extra time back for you.

This is a full‑time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £33,487, along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

About the role

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll deliver top notch repairs and maintenance services to our properties. Whether working individually or as part of a dynamic team, you'll handle a diverse range of building maintenance tasks. Your primary focus will be on our voids team, ensuring unoccupied properties receive the attention they deserve. Occasionally, you may lend your expertise to other areas of the business, such as reactive or planned maintenance.

Skills and Experience Needed

Proven Expertise: Showcase your carpentry skills with experience in both domestic and commercial settings. As this is a Multi Skilled role we require you to have a secondary skill preferably plumbing.

Qualifications: Provide evidence of relevant qualifications (if applicable) and experience to excel in your role.

Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, essential for interacting with customers and colleagues alike.

Safety Awareness: Maintain a keen awareness of health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Tech: You will be required to utilise an electronic handheld device, alongside some admin responsibilities for the role too.
