Multi Trader Joiner


Location: S60 1DX, Rotherham

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent


We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trade Joiner to join our dedicated Maintenance Team in Rotherham.



Main Duties

  • Carrying out repairs, maintenance, improvements, and refurbishment across Target Housing properties (both occupied and void).
  • Working flexibly across joinery tasks, with some knowledge of other trades (such as plumbing) to deliver a reliable and responsive repairs service.
  • Ensuring all works meet health & safety requirements, while keeping residents at the heart of what you do.
  • Keeping accurate records of works carried out via our housing management systems.
  • Taking responsibility for your van stock, equipment, and tools.
  • Liaising with colleagues across the organisation to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales.



Person Specification

  • Experience and qualifications in Joinery.
  • A good understanding of other trades (e.g. plumbing, basic repairs).
  • Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions.
  • Confidence using digital devices (PDA/iPad) to log work.
  • A customer-focused approach, with good communication skills.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
