About the Leadership Advisory & Assessment Practice

Our Leadership Advisory and Assessment Practice assist clients to deliver strategies and business plans by optimising performance from individual and collective leadership, despite the complexity and pace of change.
The Opportunity
The practice is in growth mode and the UK team is playing a significant role in building the global practice. As part of this expansion, we are seeking to appoint a senior team member who will make a vital contribution to all dimensions of this vision. Contributing to the growth of the Practice will provide the basis for leadership succession in due course.
We are looking for an experienced professional who will ideally bring experience working across sectors with CEOs and their leadership teams. Ideally, this person will have experience in leading the delivery of Talent Management & Development services internally or externally, providing such services to CEOs and Chief People Officers.
You will join a market-leading team delivering some of the most high-profile, senior, complex, and impactful work that exists in our space.
