Our client is a leading global HVAC manufacturer looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to develop relationships with consultants and contractors across Manchester and the wider North West region. <\/p>

This role involves promoting a comprehensive range of HVAC solutions, including air handling units, chillers, fans, close control systems, and fan coil units, into valuable commercial, healthcare, education, and data centre projects. <\/div>
<\/div>
You will be required to take ownership of a regional sales territory with annual targets of 500k and manage projects with typical order values between £20k and £300k and a sales cycles of 6–18 months. <\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems including AHUs, fans, chillers, heat pumps, FCUs, and air diffusion/distribution systems <\/span><\/li>
Proven track record in field -based sales via contractors and consultants, or technical sales experience within the built environment <\/span><\/li>
Experience specifying HVAC equipment into varied projects such as commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, and data centres <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
