The HVAC Installer will be responsible for the full installation of HVAC systems in newly constructed residential properties. This position requires hands-on mechanical skill, adherence to energy code standards, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. The ideal candidate is a reliable and experienced installer with a strong work ethic and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Install complete HVAC systems in residential new construction homes
- Ensure compliance with IECC energy codes and industry best practices
- Maintain safe and clean work environments in accordance with company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with team members, site supervisors, and project managers
- Manage and transport required tools and materials to job sites
- Adapt to varied weather conditions and evolving site conditions
- Represent Chesapeake Climate Control professionally at all times
- 2–4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in residential new construction (REQUIRED)
- Extensive knowledge of IECC energy codes and HVAC installation practices
- Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and manage physically demanding tasks
- Must demonstrate a “No Excuses, Make It Happen” attitude
