Working Hours:      Days, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours

The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, Reacta Healthcare are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operator, reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor.

As part of the Supply Chain team, the Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate servicing of customers (internal and external) to meet the business requirements in terms of production schedules or external customer orders. All duties are required to be completed in a compliant manner, adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices and Health and Safety, always maintaining an audit readiness state.

The role includes the following key accountabilities (full training will be provided);

Key Accountabilities

• Receive deliveries of goods and supplies, conducting receipt checks for damages etc
• Ensuring that goods are correctly stored in the warehouse
• Assist with stock checks
• Utilise warehouse management systems, data processing software and complete paperwork to a high standard
• Categorise inventory and complete inventory tracking
• Assist with the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations
• Assist with the daily shipping and receipt schedule
• Work in collaboration with production and the wider business
• Assist the Operations department with fulfilment and quality control.
• Complete all tasks while adhering to current Good Manufacturing and Good Distribution Practices, and Health and Safety

  Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience:

• Be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team with strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills
• Demonstrated experience in a regulated warehouse environment

  Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience in a regulated warehouse environment
• Forklift Truck licence
